Server & Hardware Buyback

Sell decommissioned servers.

Full servers, racks, and data center hardware — memory and GPUs can stay installed, or be pulled first. Either works.

Sell it as one lot, not a parts list

Pulling every component out of a decommissioned server before selling it takes time and labor most IT teams don't have budgeted. We buy complete units — memory, GPUs, and CPUs installed — and handle the breakdown ourselves, which usually gets you a faster payout than piecing it out yourself.

From a single server to a full data hall

Whether you're clearing one rack during an office consolidation or decommissioning a full data center footprint, the process is the same: send us the equipment list, and we'll quote the lot and arrange logistics.

What happens to the drives.

Storage never leaves your control until you decide it does.

Option 1: Keep the drives

Most enterprise sellers pull and retain their storage before shipping. We'll buy servers with the drives removed — drive bays empty is completely fine, and it doesn't hurt your quote for the compute hardware.

Option 2: Ship with drives — we sanitize them

If pulling drives isn't practical, ship them installed and we'll sanitize every drive using NIST 800-88 aligned erasure. Drives that fail erasure or fail health checks are physically destroyed. A certificate of data sanitization or destruction is available for your records on request — just tell us you need one when we scope the lot.

Either way, nothing gets resold, redeployed, or parted out with your data on it.

Questions

Common questions about this category.

Do we need to wipe or remove the drives first?

Your choice. Pull and keep the drives — empty bays don't hurt your quote — or ship them installed and we'll sanitize every drive with NIST 800-88 aligned erasure (physical destruction for failed drives), with a certificate available on request.

Do I need to remove the RAM and GPUs first?

No — we'll buy servers with memory and GPUs still installed, or take pulled components separately, whichever is easier on your end.

Can you handle a full data center decommission?

Yes, for larger projects we can scope pickup and logistics directly with your facilities or IT team.

Do you buy networking equipment along with servers?

We focus primarily on compute hardware — memory, GPUs, CPUs, and server chassis — but include details on any networking gear and we'll let you know.
