DDR5 demand is unusually high right now

DDR5 sits at the center of the current memory shortage: it's the primary format for new servers and AI workstations, and manufacturers are prioritizing high-margin high-bandwidth memory production over standard DDR5 supply. That's kept DDR5 prices elevated across both new and used markets. If your organization is holding surplus, pulled, or overstock DDR5, now is a reasonable time to get it priced.
